Ecology:

Reared from Acacia mollissima Willd. (Fabaceae) (Descarpentries 1959). In South Africa also collected from foliage of Albizia amara (Roxb.) Boiv. and A. adianthifolia (Schumach.) W. F. Wight (Fabaceae) (Bellamy et al. 1988).
