Ecology:
Collected on Aloe littoralis Baker (Liliaceae), Colophospermum mopane (Kirk ex Benth.) Kirk ex J. Léonard (Fabaceae), Grewia monticola Sonder, Grewia flava DC., Grewia spp. (Tiliaceae), Combretum spp. (Combretaceae) and Acacia sp. (Fabaceae) (Gussmann 2002). Mimetic association with noxious species of blister beetles (famliy Meloidae).
