Type locality:

Moruy, Península de Paraguaná, Edo. Falcón, Venezuela

Type repository:

Holotype ♂: ZMHB

Paratypes: MHCB, MIZA, NMPC, SGCB


Ecology:

All specimens collected on Pithecellobium sp. [most probably P. dulce (Roxb.) Benth.] (Fabaceae).




Flight period:

VII, X


Size:

6.2-7.8 mm


Remarks:

Recent records also from Venezuelan mainland.
